She is very prompt in executing/helping me to organize tradespersons and handyman to touch up the unit before it was put on the market. Sylvia was excellent from the first inspection. We were running late after inspecting multiple properties and she stayed back to show us around. From that point onward we had several questions, we had complications getting information we needed and she went above and beyond to help us find the information to the best of her ability. We had arranged a building inspector between our first and pre-sale inspection which she accommodated access for. All while being extremely friendly - thanks for all your help Sylvia!

Sylvia Setiadi helped my wife and I get a deal through for our first home purchase. She was receptive to the needs of her seller and to us.
