From the very start I was nothing but impressed of Sylvia. I had spoken to a few real estate agents selling properties in the development I was interested in, and only Sylvia was honest, open and transparent from the beginning which as a buyer I really appreciated. I felt like I could trust her from the beginning and felt she was very fair and professional throughout the whole process. She worked very efficiently, never delaying any part of the process and was involved through to settlement which I appreciated. Effective communication and very prompt in taking action
Sylvia is very eager and communicate well throughout the stages of your sales throughout planning until sales settlement. She is very prompt in executing/helping me to organize tradespersons and handyman to touch up the unit before it was put on the market. Everything is done within a week and couldn't ask for better respond and communication throughout the activities. Communicative, accomodating and most of all - legend!
Sylvia was excellent from the first inspection. We were running late after inspecting multiple properties and she stayed back to show us around. From that point onward we had several questions, we had complications getting information we needed and she went above and beyond to help us find the information to the best of her ability. We had arranged a building inspector between our first and pre-sale inspection which she accommodated access for. All while being extremely friendly - thanks for all your help Sylvia!

Trustworthy and Helpful!!
Arief sold my apartment in Hurstville and would highly recommend him and Sylvia as the Market has been extremely tough and they didn’t give up at all. They kept me updated all the way through and was very proactive finding buyers even during the slower time.
