Professional service but opportunities to improve internal communications

Responsive, professional and great customer service when speaking face to face. However, there were some internal miscommunications incidents where the strata management was not informed about the move-in, or the inspection agent didn’t inform internal team about the letters received, or some communication gaps to follow up the status of fixing a shower screen.
