On the Ball

Tarik is a very good communicator, always available, regular meetings setup and clear status reports. He knows the area very well, he knows what the other real estate agencies are up to and is pretty accurate with his estimates. He negotiated hard in a tight market and we got what we needed to move on. Tarik also arranged tradesmen to fix some issues we had at a reasonable price, initially getting a few quotes for us and leaving it to us to choose without any pressure. Overall, I like how Tarik conducted himself, respectful while still effectively project managing the sale. I highly recommend Tarik.
