My application was reviewed and approved quickly and Gokul was very helpful. It really makes a difference as securing a rental property can be quite stressful. Thank you!

Siobhan and team were able to rent out our property in just 1 open house! It took just 3 days from the moment we signed them on as our agents to take the photos, put the board up, list the property and first inspection. Everything was done efficiently. Communications was quick and we received very timely responses. We were able to rent out our property at a higher than expected rate. Highly recommended!

Siobhan did great work on my property would recommend. Really responsive and found a good set of tenants at a good rate They've also had a good history working on other properties for my father. Really worked miracles in the past with poor tenants and messy property management situations.

I've had an amazing experience with Saliba in the process of finding a rental property! From the second we arrived at the inspection, Siobhan was ready to greet us with a smile and professional set up for the property which was so refreshing and rare to see. It took less than 48 hours from inspection to approval and Siobhan Robinson and Aravindhan Ramabrahmam kept my partner and I updated throughout the entire process. I cannot commend this agency and their staff enough on their commitment to their clients, professionalism and kindness :)

Siobhan and team have been excellent to work with in renting out our property as first time investment property owners. They provided me with the highest rental appraisal over agents I contacted, and they achieved that rental rate within a very short period of time that the property was on the market. They communicate with us regularly on all matters and are very quick to respond as well. I especially like the group chat that we have with Saliba team to resolve matters quickly. The letting process was very smooth and quick. We hope that the management of the property will match this initial experience. Highly recommended.
