Initially I organized multiple appraisals to see what the agents around town thought I could get for my unit. Sean at PRD came in the highest by far and as I already have an excellent relationship with PRD who have managed my property for years, I decided to go with him. Sean's communication was excellent from the start, I was called most days with updates on prospective buyers and also issues we encountered with the tenants. Not only did he negotiate the price I wanted but also with the disgruntled tenants over home opens. My property was only on the market for 1 week before Sean found the perfect buyer. 2 weeks after putting the unit on the market and the buyer was secured proving his excellent market knowledge. Sean encouraged me on certain decisions and gave me all options so I could make an informed choice on others. At no time did I feel pressured or stressed.
