Dane has a specialist knowledge of the Islands Apartments (21/23 Ocean Drive), and he is the only agent I would use to sell in this Apartment complex. However, he is an exceptional agent generally. Dane is very friendly, humble, honest and a genuinely nice person. He is also an outstanding, hard working professional. He acheived the maximum price for the property in under two weeks on market.
