From the outset, we set ambitious but achievable expectations on price and realistic expectations on cost. During the campaign, Selina was relentless in making sure all potential buyers knew the houses were on the market, and they both sold relatively quickly (compared to the market average). We achieved a price that was over our expectations and above previous comparative sales. Once the contracts were exchanged, the sales process, unfortunately, became a little frustrating as the purchaser's legal team missed deadlines and lacked communication. Selina continued to "escort" the process along until we ultimately settled on time with no issues. Overall a great outcome, and I hope to be able to work with Selina again.
