My offer was based on the mower being included as it would be needed NB on the day of settlement we were informed that it was a piece of shit and didn't work.! Upon settlement I withheld $1000.00 for fixing the mover, to rehang 2 doors that were taken from the house had place in the shed for someone to collect? nothing had been cleaned and the bathroom was covered in mold, and we were receiving messages from the vendor spinning us tales and name calling. Sorry but you crossed my boundaries! in turn she fined us for being 4 days late settling! ALL in all we could not be happier with our purchase!

The people who inspected and eventually bought my property asked Samantha Wilson if the ride on mower could be included in the sale. I told her on numerous occasions that ‘it was NOT IN WORKING ORDER otherwise MY lawn wouldn’t be up to my knees. If they want it, they can have it, but it’s well and truly stuffed.’ Here we are a week later and I get an email from Northern Rivers Conveyancers stating that $1000 is being held back in order for the new owners to pay for the cost of the mower repairs. I shan’t be recommending Samantha. Fast talking and full of hot air. She has her commission now and, as a result of this, has NOT responded to my emails questioning why she didn’t pass on the relevant information to the buyers about the mower.
