Outstanding teamwork
From the very beginning of our interactions with Derin and the team, they demonstrated extreme professionalism and communicated with me every step of the way. Derin is without doubt the best agent I have ever dealt with.
Derin went above and beyond in all aspects of the marketing campaign and sale. He professionalism was second to none and was constantly in contact when he needed to be and was very helpful recommending tradespeople to do the little jobs required to get the hose ready for sale. He has a great rapport with his clients and I would highly recommend him to any friends or family.

Professional Excellence
We were enthralled by Sebastian's extensive market knowledge and his ability to elaborate and relate with high acumen the buyers expectations at the current market situation. He used this to accurately gauge and assess the situation so the result on day of sale was precisely what he had predicted. His ongoing communication was a lot of fun thanks to his engaging and bright personality, and it greatly reduced the pressure we felt selling. He liaised regularly with buyers and relayed that information, with his suggestions on how to proceed. We felt confident leaving the sale in his capable hands and are exceedingly pleased with his services. I cannot recommend Sebastian nor his team at Hill and Viteri high enough.
