Stellar Agent. Would 100% Recommend!
Sebastian and the team at Hill & Viteri have done a phenomenal job in selling our home. From start to finish, Sebastian impressed us with his market knowledge, professionalism and approachability. He went out of his way to keep us updated with market information and was always transparent with his feedback from the market as well as his negotiations. We felt the entire team really went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Honest and Hardworking

Using Andrew was a no-brainer
We purchased a property listed by Andrew in 2014, and the service he provided to us as purchasers was better than the service we received from the agent selling our property. For this reason it was a no brainer that we used Andrew to sell our property this time around. He and the team achieved a much higher price than we were expecting, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Even when there was no updates. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend
Andrew invested a lot of time getting to know us, months prior to us being ready to sell our house. He maintained regular contact and had a good understanding of what we were looking for as buyers. When it came time to sell, he made us feel like we were his only vendor - maintained regular contact, provided honest feedback / recommendations and made the entire process easy for us. Once we'd sold he also provided advice on negotiating our new purchase which really helped.

Great Agent
We sold our house by auction with only one registered bidder. Sebastian managed to get the bidder to increase their bid to a level we could agree with. It was done with a minimum of fuss too. I’d rate Sebastian the horse whisperer of the real estate industry.
