The real deal!
From our initial meeting with Sebastian we knew we had the right agent. He knew what he was talking about and has a no nonsense approach to selling. He told us honestly what our property could be worth and that he would work as hard as needed to get us the best price. Through out the whole selling process Sebastian made sure everything possible was covered and that we were well informed of where everything to do with the sale was headed. Sebastian's knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry is what makes him the 'go to' agent when buying or selling property.

What a fantastic result

Great agent
I would highly recommend nick Gleeson. He was a pleasure to deal with. He Was highly professional at all times. Nick has a very caring trustful nature. He let me know what was going on at all times. Selling your home can be a very stressful time especially for a busy sole parent but nick made it all run very smoothly and stress free. He sold my home very quickly and with a better than expected result I was very happy with the whole process.

At the top of his profession.
I first came across Sebastian when I was looking to purchase two properties in the Sutherland Shire. Out of all the agents I met at inspections, Sebastian was the ONLY agent who contacted me to follow up on my inspection of a property. I did purchase two properties that week, one was the property with Sebastian. If I get asked for a recommendation of an agent in the Sutherland Shire, I will only recommend Sebastian.
