Sebastian has sold four properties for us now, and we followed him for this most recent sale when he moved to a new agency. I.e. we followed the man, not the brand. Sebastian and his team (Derin, Jayden and Rachel) have been working together exclusively for years, so it’s a very smooth operation. I have a pretty good BS detector and Sebastian has none of that about him - that’s why we enjoy working with him so much. He’s honest with vendors and he genuinely works in their best interests. However, he does it in a way that gains the trust of buyers. This means he learns more about potential buyers than many other agents are probably capable of.
