Derin provided the best service imaginable. My partner and I were extremely apprehensive at first, having had negative experiences with other real estate agents but Derin proved us wrong. From the get go Derin went out of his way to accommodate us, spending the time explaining the process and providing us with beneficial insights. With the numerous questions we had, Derin was patient and answered all questions and putting us at ease. On auction day Derin was there to support us and the rest of the buyers. What set Derin apart from the other real estate agents, was he that he wasn't pushy and in our face. He made us aware he was there but didn't put pressure on us. Upon being successful at the auction he explained the next steps and was extremely helpful and supportive. Coming to settlement date soon, he has still be contactable and helpful with all our questions. If we ever look to purchase or sell we would definitely be using Derin.
