We gave us the gentle pushing we needed to get our house ready for sale, and helped us fit everything we needed to do into a very tight schedule. We was open and clear with us through the whole sale process, with helpful advice about when we should exercise patience and when it was time to close the deal. We were incredibly happy with the price he achieved in a cooling market, and with how quickly he got to that result.
