▶Jayden has been a core part of the team that has sold for me a number of times over the past 3 years. I've happily returned time and time again to Jayden's steady and unflappable hands. He's a pleasure to deal with from my perspective as the Vendor, and his insights and intuition regarding what is making the buyers tick is spot on. He works bloody hard to get the best result, and if that means working until 9pm to help a buyer arrange their deposit and get the contract exchanged, then that's just what he does. And on the flip side, buyers clearly trust him and that allowed him to deliver our most recent buyer - despite Jayden not being the senior agent on the transaction, and the buyer clearly being very nervous about the whole home-buying process. I have a passionate dislike for the stereotypical real-estate agent that comedians love to pillory, and that image is like chalk and cheese to what you get with Jayden. He will help you get the best possible price; not by sleight of hand, rather, by building trust and making buyers believe that their will be no hidden surprises after they buy the house of their dreams. Yes, this is a slightly over the top review, but Jayden deserves it.
Sebastian has sold four properties for us now, and we followed him for this most recent sale when he moved to a new agency. I.e. we followed the man, not the brand. Sebastian and his team (Derin, Jayden and Rachel) have been working together exclusively for years, so it’s a very smooth operation. I have a pretty good BS detector and Sebastian has none of that about him - that’s why we enjoy working with him so much. He’s honest with vendors and he genuinely works in their best interests. However, he does it in a way that gains the trust of buyers. This means he learns more about potential buyers than many other agents are probably capable of. Because of this, he knows what is important to the individual buyers and is able to show them how your property will tick all their boxes. Sebastian then goes above and beyond to guide buyers through the process, often helping them understand the complex process of buying a property better than their own conveyancer or mortgage broker. For this home, which wasn't by any means a trophy home or unique listing, Sebastian managed to build enough interest that buyers (including those working with other agents in his office) were clamoring to buy it before auction. We sold for what I am convinced is the top price we could have realistically hoped for. Sebastian is the consummate professional and one of the good guys in real estate. Give him a crack.
