David was good, funny, seemed to know what he was doing, worked hard for his money as I'm sure I was a bit of a pain in his butt, he was laid back, not pushing, no pressure, but communicated extremely well with both us and the respective parties involved with our sale, having known David for a long time I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling as he goes above and beyond. I would definitely engage David next time we buy or sell.

We met Aarthi years ago with our boys playing in the same football team (for 1 year only) and lost touch. Many years passed and due to Covid with the loss of my job I was forced to sell my beautiful 20 y/o family Qlder. I was embarrassed to tell my story as I was in a well paid corporate position and suddenly on welfare (for the first time in 44 years working) so I contacted many agents for advice. It got really confusing with many different sales % and thoughts on sale price with conflicting recommendations. So I sucked up my embarrassment and gave Aarthi a call to see if she remembered me! Yes she did so we made a time to inspect my house and she was was professional, prompt and accurate with information on local sales. After me telling her my story I swear she had a tear in her eye as she understood I didn't want to sell but conditions (the bank) forced me with my back to the wall. Aarthi told me what price we would get at minimum, she offered me access to all her contacts, cleaners, Removalists, boxes and left saying no obligations due to our our past which made me relieved with expectations so I could choose fairly but also offered a discount should I proceed (including deferred payments due to my situation regarding marketing). It took only minutes for my wife and I to summarize all agents, pricing etc. and choose Aarthi, we called her to let her know we liked her straight talking, honesty, professionalism and understanding caring approach. And that's when the whirlwind started The sign went up immediately and Aarthi was back with a visit to explain what was going to happen and it was fast and furious, this is a no nonsense girl. We were kept updated with processes, intentions, enquiries, time wasters and offers. I'm not sure how many other clients she was dealing with at the time 20-40 ? But she made Gabrielle and I feel like we were the only ones, so happy we made our new purchase through her also, we both can't recommend her enough as we love the outcome.
