We approached Ankit whilst we were seeking advice on buying our second property, our house we could call home. The word of mouth was he was a very good real estate agent, so we approached him. In the process, we became good friends. He made the transition quite easy for us, from deciding on the kind of suburb that would suit our lifestyle and where we would be comfortable in; to negotiating the buying price, enabling loan settlement, finalising the floorplan, and even going out of his way to find suitable builders for us. He has been a part of the whole process to ensure we got the bang for our buck. He is simply terrific! I will not hesitate to refer him to others (which I have and he is supporting our friends as well) or go back to him for our other real estate needs in future.
