We've been waiting on urgent repairs for over 2 months now, and slightly longer for a green waste bin (which is urgently needed due to the size of our yard). The house was in disgusting condition when we moved in, I've never seen a shower so filthy and there was urine stains on the toilet. Half of our windows do not work and we've had to make adjustments to a number of doors in the house so that they would close. The agents clearly did not inspect this house before putting it on the market, and have continued to ignore requests to have anything addressed.
