Shailendra Basnet was truly exceptional. In the first meeting, I was impressed with his level of knowledge, and the amount of data that he had about the market. Shailendra's responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always calls back. Initially, I purchased a land and house package- bought the land and sold the same land. This wasn’t a straightforward deal. He gave incredible amount of information and guided me through the process. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Shailendra will work with you to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with land-developers and the builders. When there were disagreements about certain conditions in documents, Shailendra was patient and worked through some tough situations. This gave me the confidence that he would get the job done – and he did! When I look to buy again, I will definitely contact Shailendra Basnet.

Its my second purchase with this gentleman. He is so reliable and trustworthy. Good motivator as well. It was really hard for us while waiting for our land to be released.
