Sailendra Basnet was truly exceptional.I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in queensland and I’m so thankful I did. Sailendra was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes . They told me that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like what is a GF Number that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Sailendra will work with you to make your desires a reality. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!
