We purchased through Vicki so decided to sell with her also. She is a great communicator and always kept us up to date and is very professional. We had a price in mind and was told we would achieve around that price before we decided to sell which we believed. Unfortunately we sold for substantially less than we wanted in the end which was disappointing. Some of this was due to the market and timing, however had we been given the price range we sold for during our initial conversations rather than what we wanted to hear we wouldn’t have put the house on the market as it defeated our purpose for selling. But Vicki got it sold in the end.
