Selling a home is something I’ll likely only do a few times in my life and is always a bit daunting. Stefan really helped bring comfort and confidence to the selling process from our first conversation and same day meeting though to sale. Stefan bought great energy and excitement, excellent ideas and assisted with quotes and recommendations for trades to prepare the property for sale. We were able to collaborate with him through the process on timing and strategy for launch and we never felt rushed or pushed and always felt he had time for us. Stefan was always very responsive and proactive in his communication. I could tell he would put himself in my shoes and understand where any questions or comments were coming from. I never felt hesitant in calling Stefan to dicuss and item. He at no stage added any stress to the experience and instead removed a lot of stress with a relaxed and down to earth approach.
