Scholtens Property was established in 2001. Our dependable team effectively cover all aspects of both professionally represented home sales and property management across the entire Illawarra Region. It our belief that selling, purchasing, or leasing a home should be an enjoyable experience from the beginning to the end and beyond. Scholtens Property's reputation amongst both our past clients and peers is testament to the highest level of care and attention to which our entire team strives. Scholtens Property are proud to trade as an independent agency and we take great pride in the marketing of each clients property to the highest level in all aspects of online media, print media, signage, photography and agent representation. We consistently ensure our clients requirements are always met in a professional and timely manner. We understand that a combination of property presentation (ie. home styling) coupled with a realistic estimate of sales price and an effective online marketing campaign are the key ingredients to a successful sales price in the shortest space of time - together with the least amount of stress. I am a proud member of the Real Estate Institute Of NSW, as well as a long standing committee member of the Illawarra Network Group (Wollongong), and have supported the Dapto Public School P & C through our direct involvement and sponsorship. Other charities we support are Kidzwish through our annual major sponsorship of the Illawarra Annual Brick Show (raising $34,000 in 2020) and we participate in, and support the Cancer Council Relay for Life each year. Selling is made easy with Simon

Highly recommend Simon and the team at Scholten’s property!

A Great Agent

Simon is really professional and helpful. He and his team have managed our property so well for many years. Most importantly, he knows the Wollongong market so well and developed a solid marketing plan targeting the right buyers. The property was sold after the first week opening.
