Couldn't recommend any higher!

We met Simon inspecting one of his listings, which we were interested in purchasing, however wouldn't be able to buy without selling our current property and doing a simultaneous settlement. We decided to list our property for sale and was so impressed with Simon we had no hesitation to chose him as our agent. Throughout the entire process, we were constantly amazed and impressed by Simons honesty & effort, and his communication was more than we could ask for. It didn't matter what time of day or night, if we needed an update or had a question he would happily assist. From the listing online to our open home, there was so much effort and enthusiam. We had dealt with so many real estate agents however Simon stood out from everyone else to the point where my partner and I constantly said that it didn't even feel like we were dealing with an agent and how much he had our best interests in mind, above his own. Trying to sell & buy a property is an extremely stressful situation, but having Simon as our agent made it an exciting process and we would not have been able to do it without him, and will not hesitate to use in the future!
