John has a very in-depth knowledge of the market and especially the Parklea area where he has a long history of selling properties, he almost knows every house in every street in the suburb. John has a very professional approach and great work ethic going above and beyond what a normal salesperson would do i.e. take calls in his own time, show the property on days off etc. Throughout the sales process John communicated very well and acted professionally as well as being a great listener and providing his own expert advice and opinion.
