An agent that is honest and will keep you focused throughout the selling process. The recent sale of our property wasn't easy, we had bought at the peak of the market and started to try and sell as the market was declining. It took us 7 mths, but Stephen was there through it all, keeping us focused on the end goal, ensuring our expectations were kept in line with what was happening in the market. We had an offer at about the 4mth mark that fell through in the cooling off period but Stephen's perseverance actually resulted in us getting a better price than the deal that fell through.
