Great communicator.

Professional agent and pleasant to deal with

Very Good Agent
We had engaged May previously to sell our unit but to get a market comparison we consulted three Real Estate agencies, May Dunlop being one of those three. It was a no brainer to appoint May again as she had a refreshingly honest approach, didn't fill our heads with what could be but rather what the market would pay. As we were on a tight deadline for settlement by late December 2017, she had less than three months to achieve this. May accepted the challenge and in short order had arranged a photo and video shoot to be placed online and offered good advice on the things we needed to get done for maximum presentation. We were happy with the price she secured for our house and settlement was achieved on time. My wife and I would recommend May as a Real Estate agent.

Would not recommend agent.
Good agent who clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience and will get the sale done. To do so however false advertising is done and promises made that cannot be kept. Not great as a buyer as 2 month after settlement I am still waiting for set of keys to be returned and I am now without a fridge that was promised to be part of the sale. After sale service was not satisfying.

In a difficult and falling housing market in Darwin, May Dunlop was able to secure a sale for us that we were very happy with. We had thoroughly enjoyed living in our house and taken very good care of it over the years. We were very happy that she found a buyer who was very happy with the condition of our house and promised to look after it as we would have. May was realistic in terms of the need of and cost with the promotional photography and on-line advertising and we were very happy with the moderate costs and final result. May kept us fully informed of the results of the weekly open homes and through her internet advertising was able to maintain a steady stream of viewers through our property even during these difficult times. Towards the end as the wet season approached we considered taking it off the market but she advised us to keep going just a few more weeks because the interest was still there.
