Now that it is nearing settlement I have had time to reflect on the excellent work Julie and the rest of the team at Seachange provided for me. They are all very knowledgeable people and understand the stress both the Vendor and perspective Purchaser is under. As the vendor it was important to me to get the best possible price. The perspective purchaser needed an extended settlement term; Julie was able to communicate both our needs and negotiate a deal to suit both parties at a “ middle ground” price acceptance to me. 2/54 Wilsons Road came on the market whilst I was recovering from, thankfully, a mild Covid. So we corresponded, she was able to show me the house on the Monday and it immediately felt good. the unit was lovely and I liked her friendly approach. I immediately put in an offer, she went round all the bidders and seller and I was lucky to win. She assisted me when there was an issue with the deposit kept both the seller and me informed and all ended up going smoothly. To me the sale went how I hoped it would go, an agent who was very helpful, did not talk too much and listened to my wishes and thoughts. Listening is a talent and to bring people together is most important. she helped me to purchase a lovely home where I will be very happy. To me she is ideal she, I am sure, assisted both the seller and me the buyer very well, so a perfect solution, every person happy. I recommend Julie very highly, she always rang me back immediately, answered her emails promptly, refreshing. I hope both future clients will be as delighted as I am. We undertook various home improvements to prepare our home for sale and Geoff and his team were instrumental in sourcing quality tradespeople and negotiating the work on our behalf.
