After a very poor experience with another agency a neighbour recommended Geoff and are we so glad he did. Geoff right from the first meeting made us feel confident that we had found the right person to sell our home. Geoff’s knowledge of the market is second to none and his team are fantastic. The previous agency struggled to get buyers through the front door but from our first open when we had 15 groups through the change was dramatic. We completed a high end development in mid 2023. We listed with the agent we often use and one home sold immediately. But the other languished on market for an extended period during which we had moved on from the first agent, tried a second agent for an extended period before changing again to Geoff a few months ago, based on a recommendation and in frustration that we hadn’t achieved a sale. Geoff was clear about what to expect, and as a real point of difference, he was absolutely tenacious in his approach, leaving no stone unturned. He exhausted every enquiry and kept us informed. I take great pleasure in writing a review for Robert Lewis. I met Robert at an Open House he had for a client and I knew straight away that he'd be the chosen agent to sell my house. He was extremely approachable and personable, always positive, upbeat and smiling. He was always patient in dealing with my requests and went out of his way to keep me, the seller, happy and confident that my house would sell within the quoted price range. During the frustrating times, he always remained positive and professional. Robert's dedication outshines any other agents I've dealt with before. He went over and above what was expected, even working on a Sunday and maintaining contact with updates during his annual leave, not to mention the numerous mid week private inspections he organised and attended. He would provide me with email feedback and comments received from all the buyers immediately after each Open House. He'd also follow up with a phone call to discuss everyone's comments so as to work out a strategy moving forward.
