•The property I bought as originally sold and after a few weeks I reached out to Robert to see why it was still on the market. I did say if it fell through to reach out as I was fully approved to purchase pending an inspection and section 32. I was fortunate Robert kept me up to date and I was able to inspect and read through the section 32. Low and behold the buyer fell through and I was asked offer price and written as well. That evening I had signed the contracts and paid a deposit. I call that great service not only for me, for the buyer as well. Thank you so much for the time and effort and your efforts I am to move in very soon. Right where I have been looking for so long 1 street back from the beach.
Robert was always polite and professional in all our interactions. He took into account my schedule when arranging visits and was prompt with all communications/updates during the sale process. He had good insight into what prospective buyers would be interested in and what needed repairing prior to going to market, which I believe helped maximise the sale price of my property. He also was very helpful in arranging all pre-market repairs in a timely manner with trusted contractors.
