Sean didn’t immediately strike me as a salesman but how wrong was I. Sean may not fit the mould of what you would expect but I can see that is a positive especially given all the issues I had to contend with (buying for my disabled mother, COVID-19 disruptions as she is in NSW, banks with-holding money etc) I have been involved in more than 15 purchases myself and dealt with many agents in my life and I can clearly and concisely state Sean is in a league of his own. Sean took a difficult property, and unlike other agents comments, marketed the strengths. It was a long process with the first buyer unable to settle, and he was able to bring the first interested buyer, we didn't choose, to make another offer. He communicated with both sellers, a divorce settlement, with great respect, which we both were very grateful for. This was our family home, and emotions, at times, ran high. When I heard I had won an Art Union Home in Noosa, I was advised that Sean Cary was an estate agent in that area. I contacted Sean, and it was the best thing I could have done.
