Sam has gone above and beyond in every aspect from her professionalism and knowledge of the local market, communication of things that needed to happen and when. Innitial house indpection with Sam was excellent. She gave me all information and in honesty pointed out a couple flaws in the property which I found surprisingly refreshing and honest. During the purchase I called Sam numerous times to clarify questions I had. Her response was always prompt, well explained and helpful. I am using Secker property management for the rental and was pleasntly surprised by the first inspection report. It was clearly and professionally written, defining several points of maintanece repair.
