Jay Lesquilier was recommended to me to sell my mother's unit in St Lucia, Brisbane. Unfortunately over the years the agency looking after the property, Little Real Estate Company (previously Rental Express) had let things slide and the state of the unit wasn't the best. As my mother lives in Cairns and I in Perth Jay was great in organising trades and a handyman to spruce up the unit for sale. He was excellent at keeping us informed of the progress in getting the unit ready for sale and providing feedback on home opens.

Selling a home you have lived in for 25 years is a big step. Of all the real estate agents we spoke to, Jay provided us with the best advice about how to prepare the property for sale as well as helped us to weigh up various marketing strategies. He was always professional, kept us informed the whole way through and was endlessly patient and cheerful (I think he probably answered exactly the same questions from us a number of times.)
