It was a memorable experience associating with Melinda Seeto to sell our appartment. She will provide the right price and can sell in the minimal time. She is very dynamic and has a great customer base. I would strongly reccommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

The experience with Melinda and her team was as expected with the top agent in the area. Herself and the team are hard working, efficient and transparent. She did not oversell and did not undersell but has a deep understanding of the area, market conditions, the type of buyers available and best times for inspection. She provided constructive feedback to help improve the sale value of the property and we were able to sell above expected. I would recommend Melinda and whilst the process at times was stressful and fluid in things changing, there was a space to have honest and frank conversations so to all parties were on the same page. Her after cooling off period sales process was also quite prompt in response and what was expected. This put things at ease. Very well experienced and would recommend again.

This is the second time we have used Melinda and Nicole from Seeto realestate. Melinda goes above and beyond and kept us informed all the way through the process. Our property was sold within 4 days at the price we were asking. Nothing was too much trouble, and all communication was answered promptly. I can’t recommend Seeto realestate enough and would definitely use them again.

Melinda is a top professional agent I have never met before. She is more caring than me when selling my property. It achieves a good result and sold in short time. Definitely recommend if you willing to sell.

In October, 2022 Melinda and David Seeto of Seeto Real Estate combined to sell my late Mother's property. Melinda would always respond to any queries promptly and assisted me in finding trades to do any updates that were required on the property, while David went above and beyond in preparing the property to go to market. From my experience I would highly recommend Seeto Real Estate
