She did not oversell and did not undersell but has a deep understanding of the area, market conditions, the type of buyers available and best times for inspection. She provided constructive feedback to help improve the sale value of the property and we were able to sell above expected. I would recommend Melinda and whilst the process at times was stressful and fluid in things changing, there was a space to have honest and frank conversations so to all parties were on the same page. Her after cooling off period sales process was also quite prompt in response and what was expected. This put things at ease. Very well experienced and would recommend again.
