I approached Melinda in the month of January 2022 and indicated that I wanted to sell my property. Without wasting anytime she provided the possible value of my apartment and I was stunned. She has valuation in her fingertips and just by the Apartment number she knew the floor plan right out of her memory. My expectations were way low about the possible sale value as I was just comparing mine against the previous 2 Bed 2 Bath sales history but Melinda said my apartment's floor plan was very good including the aspects and the position of it and hence a much better sale price to be expected. Though I was very impressed by her confidence but as always as my personality goes, I was still slightly skeptical if it was possible to achieve such a high sale price. After her valuation of my property I immediately knew she is very trustworthy and from then on I just followed whatever she advised me to do as options and must haves etc and she got me the best outcome even more than the initially suggested sale price by Melinda. She has that natural knack of the current market and how it will be in the coming months and as well understands the floor plans/layout of the house/apartment you wish to sell to determine and deliver the best results.
