I can confidently recommend Melinda Seeto who was extremely polite, professional, and just brilliant in everything she did to sell our property in just 3 days. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and will be recommending her to all friends and family.

I don't write reviews but Melinda's level of service compelled me to. From the initiation, she was upfront and was understanding at the same time. I needed the sale to go through and my then tenant and strata was making me jump through hoops. Melinda's professionalism and detailed care as she stepped in made the process possible for me. Her team took care of the process to ready my property for sale. My brother and I watched how her team conducted the opens and we were impressed by her ownership & pride in our property! Her strategy worked a treat with a result that stands as the highest in the block, and all this within 2 weeks. Huge difference in rhythm compared to what’s happening in the market. We had a couple of hiccups with the bank/solicitors along the way and Melinda responded promptly, and again, professionally, which was why settlement was not delayed. My expectations in an agent's ability has certainly changed after engaging Melinda and I'll strongly recommend her to see through the successful sale & settlement of your property. 5 stars! Ours was the only recorded sale that Saturday. It was a mean feat and we couldn't be more stoked! Thank you Mel for getting us to do what we've got to do, and to David for his patience. Well worth the effort. You and David did brilliantly. Thank you for looking after our pet bird and treating our home like your own. You helped us move on quickly in a tough market and we'll always be grateful! Those late night sessions will always be remembered, I don't know any other agent who would come to us at 11pm when we just needed more assurance! We couldn't have left our first home to a better person. See to excellence, Seeto!

I recently sold my property in Homebush West, using Melinda Seeto from Seeto Real Estate. She was amazing! Her knowledge of my area was extensive particularly my building. Her professionalism from the first meeting was impressive and a credit to her. This continued throughout the whole process up until signing of papers and cooling off periods finished. I felt very comfortable with Melinda in her dealings with my property, I knew it was in good hands and the return she got me after open times/negotiations/furniture staging/photography etc was above my original asking price. We were elated by this. Thanks again Melinda for all your hard work.

Melinda was able to sell my property within only 3 days while other agents with similar units were on market for months! very professional renovation advice & excellent decoration suggestion. Smooth communication with great facts though the whole process. Highly recommended for whoever wants to sell their property!

Melinda was recommended by my friends and she same out on Sunday, same day. She was very open and informative and worked on my property for a week. A couple of weeks later, I was given an offer that was over my price instruction. It’s a relief to find an agent that I can trust with my portfolio, especially as I’m migrating overseas. All the best for your business, Mel!
