Not to standard
As a first home buyer I was so excited. But unfortunately the level of service was not what we expected. The level of customer service was very below average. And we thought we would have received a bottle of bubbles and a congratulations letter for buying through this real estate agent. But we got zip

Best Agent - Never gives up
Cassy was always honest and gave us constant feedback. She not only assisted us as the seller but the buyers as well. She has great contacts to assist with a smooth transition. Unfortunately for us covid and the banking rule changes meant we had several contracts but within days of a contract failure we had another contract. So easy to work with best agent we have ever ised

Positive results
Some go the extra yard, Cassy along with Janet and Nel, went the extra mile!! In an extremely trying time with the covid 19 situation, they all put in the extra effort. It took time to sell, however they met the challenge which resulted in a successful sale. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone.

It was a great experience
Cassie and Janet did a great job selling our home. There were always people coming to our open houses. Covid didnt deter there determination. Great communication and always there to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend them. Remember people the bigger Real Estates arnt always the best. Local worked well for us. Thanks girls

A tricky sale for numerous reasons however Cassy nursed it through and got the job done. A never give up attitude is definitely a strength of Cassy's which was much appreciated.
