We harassed John on a Saturday afternoon to get an appraisal done on our property, as we got a bit excited and put an offer in on a new house before selling ours. Within 2 weeks, he had done an appraisal, given us all the information we needed to sell, had our photographs done (amazing photographer also), listed it on the market, and sold it!
