Jayne is just fantastic at what she does. She is honest and upfront with you all the way. She managed to get ya well above asking price for our home and made things extremely effortless selling on the first open. Jayne obviously knows and loves the area she sells in which gives her a perspective that few others have. I found the ‘chain’ agents inflexible as to when and where they were available yet Jayne was ready to go anytime. I also felt that should the purchase fall through for any reason, Jayne would have a back-up house available.
