Responsive and professional

As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions, and Bayley was always really responsive and very professional. He represented the sellers, and was very clear about that, but he did everything he could to make sure that both sides were satisfied and helped us close on a tight timeline before the holidays. We're new to Brisbane as well, and Bayley has helped us with recommendations for who to call for pest, home repairs, etc. If we end up selling at some point we will absolutely be calling on Bayley to be our agent.

Fantastic result with great communication

Bayley was a delight to deal with - simple, straightforward and friendly communication from the outset. Bayley never hesitated to respond to my numerous questions- nothing was too difficult. Outcomes driven agent

I'm very pleased with the sale outcome. Initially, Nick was able to secure a pre-open offer that far exceeded expectations and blew me away. While that offer fell through, I was able to achieve the outcome I was seeking at the end and within the timeline that meant I could make the sale of the house I needed to. I appreciate Nick's flexibility and help throughout the process. I felt him easy to talk to, accommodating and a great listener. He was optimistic throughout and easy to negotiate with, which I think meant that he was able to establish strong rapport with prospective buyers.
