Bernie answered our call for help to sell Mums house after she sadly passed away. He came out promptly and offered his substantial services, with so much compassion and kindness. At such a sad time for us he took it upon himself to get us the best sale price and a very short sale time. His wealth of knowledge for what he does and the area he does it in was phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble and he treated us like we were his family. He always said he was only a phone call away and kept us up to date as promptly as he got information, he also got us a settlement above what we had expected. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bernie to anyone who wanted to buy or sell their property. Bernie helped us way beyond our expectations could not fault him in any aspect.
