We found and stalked him and suss out his agency's performance by his very good track record of selling properties with great prices in short period of time. And we proved to ourselves that his agency sells higher price in the market, in spite of the economic hurdles and challenges we went through during the journey in selling our property recently. Don’t know how to treat buyers specifically when it’s their first property. Asking to increase offer price because other buyers put more which was a lie. Don’t know how to treat buyers when taking keys for property from their office.
