Oliver and his team are client oriented, proactive and informative with the negotiation process. I will say 2 things that they did great and 2 points of tweaks that may be of use to implement. Two great things, firstly keeping client informed of offers and the negotiation strategy. For example, the strategy of being upfront with potential strata issues to all potential buyers. Secondly very outcome driven, it looked around November that there was not a lot interest, however the sale got across before Christmas through proactive and staying positive. Two tweaks that may be implemented. Firstly, more data in table form for the client on then amount of 1.people visited each week, 2. people returned follow up phone calls (or in the loop of contract negotiation), 3. contracts sent. Secondly, the issue of putting physical signage to attract passerby’s outside of the apartment was never mentioned, that could have been be an option given to the client to attract more potential buyers.
