Greg Sharp was fantastic. Our rental property was sold with ease. We followed Greg's advice all the way and were not disappointed. Everything was done by email and phone as we did not have the time to be available for inspections etc. We really didn't have to do anything but provide Greg with signatures. I found the service to be what one could describe as old school i.e. the personal approach and attention to detail. Greg even went above and beyond by stepping in to make sure the pool was in good shape moments before settlement. The effective communication style meant we were not calling and chasing up for updates. This ensured I had peace of mind and never really worried about how things were going to pan out. Greg Sharp is an absolute gentleman and and I would throughly recommend him on the basis of my recent experience. I would describe him as very straightforward and honest, knows the market and was extremely helpful throughout. He didn't have to do much negotiating with my sale.
