I have been in the market for a while and decided where and when do I want to buy. So it is a quick purchase decision for me. This is a private sale. As a buyer, I need to feel the property is worth the price and the agent is relatively open and honest about the process. I think Daryl has done a good negotiation representing the vendor but meanwhile didn't give me the negative feeling and kept it relatively open and honest.
