Property Manager of Shead - Tiffany

We have rental property managed by the property management team of Shead since 2010. Recently, we have added another property for Shead to manage. We discussed with the team especially about the range of rent with or without the renovations. Tiffany, the property manager undertook the renovation tasks with excellent professional experience. She has also demonstrated her conscientious and hardworking personality. She arranged the tradies and handyman to fit the new cooktop, oven, dishwasher and dryer in the kitchen and laundry room; and more works on upgrading the toilet. She has accurately scheduled the completion of the renovation job and timely arranged for open inspections. Now, Tiffany has secured a new tenant for this property with rent in top average range.
