Michelle’s market knowledge was evident from the first time we met her. She is a wonderful communicator and informed us of how things were going every step of the way. We would highly recommend using Michelle for your sale and buying of a property.

I found Michelle to have an outstanding knowledge of the marketplace and able to calm my anxiety when the sale took a little longer than I was expecting. She gave good advice and , with the help of her whole team, kept me well informed at all times. The whole operation could not have been better handled

My first real experience at selling a home and everything went very smoothly with Michelle and her team. Her estimates on the property value were right on the mark as well as the information provided on how to present my home. Couldn't be happier.

After researching for a real estate agent in Shell Cove for almost a year it was clear that Michelle Mannex and her agency Shellharbour Marina Real Estate were the ones that could assist me the best in the sale of my aunt’s treasured home that she and her husband built together. Michelle Mannex & her team exponentially surpassed my expectations and it is not surprising that they have won so many awards. The considerable amount of her time that she spent with me in our initial phone conversation to following up months later when I asked for her advice on what could be done to ensure the home was presented in the best possible way and designing a planning strategy to take the house to market. Having access to the Property Maintenance side of the business as well as her trusted tradies (electricians, plumber & cleaner) ensured making the cosmetic updates flowed like clockwork as I was so ably helped by her assistant Taylor. The benefit of having the property for sale off market enabled the continued preparation of the property while still keeping the possibility of a sale before going “live”. Apart from Open Houses, Michelle Mannex went above and beyond providing private inspections when and as often as needed to ensure the sale. Communication was outstanding with updates given as they happen and discussions made as to what comes next at each stage of the process. Michelle Mannex is someone that cares about you and how to get the best possible outcome for your property. She has built a team of people that can be relied upon to help when needed and nothing is too much trouble – special thanks to Taylor who was always quick to respond to my numerous requests, efficient in co-ordinating the trades to meet my time-line and meticulous in the detail of our written communication.

We highly recommend Michelle and the team! If you need someone, professional, transparent, honest and always in communication every step of the way, you cant go past Michelle - she is the best, knows the market, understands her clients and potential buyers and is an absolute gun!. The sale was quick and seamless. We also had our property managed by Jacqui who works hard to ensure a positive landlord/tenant experience. Jacqui is by far the best in the rental business! All of this comes with alot of paperwork, emails and phone calls which all runs smoothly thanks to Taylor and Shirra who have kept up with our enquiries and needs! They're amazing!! Thanks so much to all of you!!

Overall Michelle was helpful and accommodated visits to the property in her own time. She seems to know the area well. Our settlement is scheduled for completion in July 2024
