Hard-working, professional, and approachable
Will is a hard-working, professional, and approachable agent. I have experienced Will's work ethic as both a vendor, and as a prospective buyer. When selling our property, he worked really hard to accomodate a number of private inspections, and to keep us well informed on the developments through the entire campaign. Our great auction result is due to the efforts of Will, and the team at Shelter. To prospective buyers, Will is genuine and respectful, and listens with respect. 5 stars.

Professional and personable
Michael and the team at Shelter are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Michael’s knowledge of the Glen Iris area and the property market were extensive and his advice sound. Our views were taken into consideration and post campaign and sale, the administration was faultless.

Closed circle experience
We bought our land off Todd 5 years ago and when we decided to sell we didn’t consider using anyone else. He had always kept in touch and been straight talking and genuine with us, through both buying and selling. It’s a stressful and emotional experience and Todd was calm and patient with us. We were very impressed with his energy and professional manner on auction day and wish Todd and family all the very best.

Friendly, Organised, Professional and Knowledgable.
Todd was outstanding to work with. His knowledge of the area, the market and the property was second to none. At all times professional and a terrific communicator, reassuring us throughout the campaign. His communication and constant updates made the experience of selling our house as smooth as it could be. Todd was wonderful to work with and i'd highly recommend him to anyone that was looking to use him for their property.
