Above and beyond

Closed circle experience
We bought our land off Todd 5 years ago and when we decided to sell we didn’t consider using anyone else. He had always kept in touch and been straight talking and genuine with us, through both buying and selling. It’s a stressful and emotional experience and Todd was calm and patient with us. We were very impressed with his energy and professional manner on auction day and wish Todd and family all the very best.

Very Happy!
Very happy! Todd listened to our needs - including me working full time at home - and managed an effective campaign that suited us. Todd kept us well-informed about the potential buyers over the 3-week campaign, so we approached auction day with confidence that we would sell. Todd conducted the auction perfectly, using each of the bidders to keep the auction animated even after we had passed our 'wishful' price - eventually selling well above reserve & 10% higher than we'd hoped for.
