Lucas was a dream to work with. From the moment we made contact to get an appraisal, to just yesterday asking if we needed a hand with anything, he's been on the ball. With great market knowledge and an easy going nature, we can't fault him. He didn't waste any time getting us on the market, or potential buyers through the door. His communication and updates were exceptional, at no point did I feel like i had to 'chase' for an update, we knew exactly what was happening as it was unfolding. Our sale was time sensitive with regards to our overall game plan and Lucas was more than accommodating with last minute changes and adapted instantly to get us what we were after. We're now approaching settlement date and just yesterday Lucas asked if there was anything we needed a hand with - you don't see that every day. He personally organised a cracked window to be rectified and has assisted in getting trades on site.
