We’ve had a wonderful experience with Shiels & co.. we have had dealings with Paige, Kylie and Madeline from the rental department and Peter and Natalie from sales and each team member has been professional, friendly, so easy to deal with and has gone above and beyond to ensure our family feels comfortable, respected and happy. For this reason, it really has been a notably consistent experience with them and we are so very grateful. Definitely will now only consider renting, buying and selling via Shiels & Co in the future.

Fantastic property agency! Amazing change of pace from property agents who leave you hanging for responses and take forever to sort things out. Our family had short notice to get a new rental as our owner was selling our old place. After inspecting the property on a Saturday morning, Maddie was able to process our application, check our references, and do everything necessary for us to be able to sign AND move within that same week. She was attentive, understanding, and gracious with all of the new tenant hiccups that there (and always are) and things needing to be organised and you could feel that helping people was truely something she was happy to do. Paige took over as our agent not long after we moved in and has been nothing but lovely and accomodating. She, like Maddie, is very responsive and on the ball with organising tradies. She’s been a pleasure to work with and is always very polite and professional. Highly recommend renting with Shiel and Co, as they are agents who genuinely care about their tenants and the properties they oversee.
