From the outset Peter Rachel Brooke and Ruby presented extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. Communication from all staff was exceptional, with prompt updates, and we were regularly informed of all progress of the sale. The entire process barely took 4 weeks from listing our home to the exchange of contracts and at all stages of the process Peter ensured we had the most positive seamless experience. Peter & his team, Ruby & Rachael had a hard task, both selling an old family home packed to the rafters with 5 generations, history & emotional attachment.
